Statistics: Over The Past 45 Days
• ● 14 boys and 13 girls have come home with their families
• ● 18 of the children were 24 months or younger
• ● 9 of the children were 25 to 35 months of age

Statistics: 2008
• ● EAC completed adoptions of 252 children
• ● 192 children were under 36 months of age
• ● 60 children were over 60 months old
• ● 160 of the children were boys and 92 were girls

Families Needed!!!
• ● Married couples and single women can adopt
• ● Length of marriage varies by region—no specific limit
• ● Number of children in family ---no specific limit/varies by region
• ● Age to adopt a child under 2—under 49 yrs (adoptive father can be older) age to adopt a child over 2---varies by region
• ● Medical conditions-please check with Julie or Renee at EAC(800-533-0098) if you have a specific medical history. Some conditions will preclude families from adopting from Russia
• ● Previous divorce is acceptable

The Children
• ● Children 12 to 24 months of age (and older) are referred, after being released from the Federal Data Bank
• ● Many sibling groups are waiting for parents
• ● Parents can choose the age and sex of their child(ren) but referrals of boys usually come faster
