Margaret Cole, Founder and Executive Director of EAC, is both a biological and an adoptive mother. Margaret became active in the adoption process after her daughter, Alicia, died at six
weeks of age from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). Robert Cole, Alicia's uncle, was
instrumental in founding the Ukraine and China Program.
It is with prayer and with love that this agency is dedicated to the memory of Uncle Robert
and little Alicia. It is our hope, that out of this family's tragedy and loss, might
come many good things for families in the United States and orphaned children throughout
the world.
As you explore the choices before you, let us be part of that journey. Our adoption
consultants, many of whom have adopted themselves, know some of your
personal concerns. Please think of our agency as a resource... a place where you may
very well begin to walk the path that will make that dream a reality. Infants and
toddlers are waiting for you. Their lives will be forever changed through adoption
by loving and caring couples. These wonderful little children live in orphanages around the world. They wait too!

EAC helps where other agencies might not be able to:

- EAC is available for a phone seminar at your convenience.

No one takes care of you in-country like EAC:

- EAC has English speaking drivers and staff that escort you to all meetings during your adoption.
- If an issue should arise that our in-country staff cannot handle, an EAC employee is available 24/7 via 1-866-586-5656.
Parents recommend us:
- Over 70% of our clients are referred by families who have adopted through EAC or have adopted through EAC previously.
- Many of EAC's adoption seminars feature families who have recently returned from adopting their child internationally.
- Don't Take Our Word, Listen to What Our Families Have to Say...
EAC is still here for you after your adoption:
- Our Help Desk can assist you with issues you may experience once you have completed your adoption.
- Families continue to stay close to EAC after adopting, attending various cultural events annually held to honor our children adopted from Russia, China, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Guatemala.
- Our Annual "Celebration of Families", the Memorial Day Picnic has grown to over 5000+ and includes a "Coming to America" parade, cultural events and lunch for thousands.
EAC helps supply orphan aid to the countries our families have adopted from:
- Families want to help the orphanages from which their children were adopted by way of Project Sunshine. Parents, grandparents, friends, companies and community groups have donated thousands of dollars to help orphans and orphanages.
- Medical missions have provided dental and medical care to hundreds of children in Russia.
- Vietnamese older orphans are receiving vocational training through a donation from over 50 families who adopted children from Vietnam.
- Orphanages in China continue to benefit from Project Sunshine donations.
- Project Sunshine is currently accepting donations for a plumbing project and two playgrounds being built in Kazakhstan.
