Joye Zverina has adopted two children from Russia. "We celebrate the experiences every day!" Texas seminars are usually quite filled; her reputation for presenting important information, and spending as much time on each country as the groups want are very helpful to parents. Sometimes, they don't know which country they want to adopt from---Joye has a way of explaining the EAC program in each country that provides an excellent guide. In the past three years, she has significantly broadened the seminar programs and added more to the several previously scheduled throughout Texas.
